The First and Only Stop you’ll need to Start or Complete your Collection

“I look at other people’s lives, and some people feel like they’re too old to play with toys. But I still go through the toy section at the store, ‘cause there were toys that I wanted when I was little that I couldn’t have. So I still get them.”

Kevin Gates

We are the definition of a ‘Mom & Pop Shop’. Aside from taking the infrequent time off to visit family or go on vacation, this is what we do every day. We scour the internet, papers, store closings, and estate sales to find only the best and most desirable item for your collection. I sell my personal collection when it’s time for a change and allow others to experience the same joy I had with these items. Take a look at my eBay store and I know you’ll not only be a fan, but a repeat customer with 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

Since 1955, I have been collecting model trains in all scales. I started selling my own personal collection in 2013 with the goal in mind to clear up clutter around the house and part with items that were no longer on display. Three years later, with my personal collection pared down, it turned into an almost full-time job of buying and selling everything from a dusty long-forgotten small box filled with odds and ends in the bottom of a coat closet, to entire collections from enthusiasts like myself, all the way up to buying out complete stores going out of business. Doing this has allowed us to become one of the premier resellers in the model train community. 2020 was a struggle for everyone but we are still going strong! Because we sometimes buy entire collections there will be other items outside of model trains available.

Our mission is simple: To provide you with the items you need for your collection at a fair and reasonable price. Whether you’re just starting out or and experienced ferroequinologist looking for that last piece to make your layout complete, we got you covered. Take a look around. Our inventory is constantly changing and exciting new items are being added all the time.

Ferroequinologist:
From the Latin ferrum (iron) + Latin equus (horse) + English -ologist (one who studies)
A student of ferroequinology; a person who studies trains.
